Khalex is a Singapore maritime practice for shipowners, managers and traders. We are small and senior by design - the adviser you speak to is the one who handles your file.
Most firms will register a company and disappear. In shipping, that is exactly the wrong model: a vessel is a mobile, high-value asset that creates liabilities as it moves, and the work that matters is everything around the certificate - the owning structure, the flag, the compliance, and the ability to act fast when a ship has to be arrested or defended.
That is what Khalex was built to do. We work the whole life of a ship from Singapore - one of the world’s genuine maritime capitals - with a deliberately small, senior team and one point of accountability from the first message onward.
